Otho Lee Huggins

Otho Lee Huggins, 81, of Utica, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Madisonville, KY to the late Ralph William Huggins and the late Mable Lucille France Huggins. He began driving trucks and retired after 40 years with Overnite Transportation.

He enjoyed horseback riding, fishing and being in nature. His greatest joy was being with his family and his beloved pitbull, Zeus. He was a member of New Panther Creek Baptist Church where he would teach children's Sunday School and fill other roles when needed.

 He was married over 53 years to the late Sarah Elizabeth Huggins. He is survived by 1 daughter, Elizabeth Laughary; 3 sons, Earnest Huggins, Steve Huggins (Marcy), David Klahn (Jessica); sister, Shirley Hill; brother, Ronnie Huggins; 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren. Besides his beloved wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Ricky Laughary and a grandson, Ricky Laughary Jr.
