Lilli Phelps

Lilli Phelps, age 83, passed away on September 27, 2024, at her home in Whitesville, KY.

She was born in Germany to the late Gustav Fredrich and late Frieda Bast Fredrich. Lilli married the late Don Phelps. Lilli was a homemaker. She was a member for over 40 years at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She spent a lot of her spare time knitting, crocheting and doing needlepoint.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Ella Peter. Besides her children, Manuela Stanley, Robert Phelps, Steven Phelps (Tricia) and Angela Behl, she is survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, one brother, Alfons Fredrich and many nieces and nephews, and her beloved furry friend, Brandy.

The family will receive friends 1:00 PM Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Utica. The memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM Saturday.
