Leslie Morehead

Leslie "Todd" Morehead, 47 passed away in his home on October 31st, 2018. He was born to the late Thomas "Tommy" R Morehead and Leslie "Karen" Layton Morehead of Utica. Todd is preceded in death by his parents Tommy and Karen, and a sister Kim Ramsey. Todd is survived by his daughter Leslie (Trevor) Fuqua of Fordsville, His son Sonnie (Justice) Morehead of Central city, Sisters- Kelly (Danny) Hardesty of Hartford, Sharon (Robert) Brooks of Owensboro, Sheri Sommers of Mchenry, Brothers-Tom Morehead of Utica, Joshua Morehead, several nieces and nephews, and two grandsons Wesley Morehead and Axton Fuqua. Todd enjoyed his family, fishing, motorcycles, and cooking. He was a long time heavy equipment operator, in his words he would say "the best" heavy equipment operator. A lot of people would have to agree with him. He enjoyed teaching his children how to operate and he was very proud of that. We will miss his sense of humor as he could light up any room with his personality. He was always waiting for the perfect opportunity to crack a joke. He will be greatly missed and we will forever cherish our sweet memories that we had with him. Please remember his children in this difficult time. A memorial service will be held Friday November 2nd, 2018 At Hope Wesleyan Church in Hartford, KY 4:30pm to 7:00pm In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to help cover funeral expenses as Todd did not have life insurance.
